Aquabella Online Orders:
Return and Exchange Policy

These policies only apply to Water Features or Accents bought in
our online channels: Amazon, eBay, Pool Products Unlimited. Other
items (like tile or hardscapes) follow the directions in our Limited
Product Warranty.

To initiate a RETURN, please complete the following steps:

1. Send an email to [email protected] including:
reason for the return, date of purchase, and proof of purchase.

2. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
notice and a shipping label, if your request is accepted.

3. Once you receive the RMA, send all items back to us.

4. Once we receive the product(s) we will inspect and make sure it
meets our conditions (no visible signs of wear or use). If approved,
we will process a refund (less shipping costs). A credit will be
processed three to four business days, depending on your original
credit card’s issuer policies.

The provided RMA is only valid for 30 days after issuance.
Merchandise must be received at The Company’s designated
facility within 30 days from issuance of RMA. Refunds will not be
issued for any merchandise received after the RMA is no longer
valid. Refunds will not be issued for any merchandise not
indicated on the RMA form.

To initiate an EXCHANGE, please complete the following steps:

1. Send an email to [email protected] including:
reason for the exchange, date of purchase, proof of purchase, and
the replacement product you want in exchange.

2. We will email you an Exchange Authorization Notice (EAN) and a
shipping label, if your request is accepted. We will communicate if
there is a difference in the price. If the new product has a higher
value, you will need to pay for the difference. If the new product
has a lower value, we will refund the difference.

3. Once you receive the EAN, send all items back to us.

4. Once we receive the product(s) we will inspect and make sure it
meets our conditions (no visible signs of wear or use). If approved,
we will proceed to refund or to charge the difference in price. You
will receive the credit within a certain amount of days in the
original card, depending on your card’s issuer policies.

5. Once payment has been taken care of, we will send the new
product.
